The melon beginnings
Week 15 photos from around the yard are up.
They include shots of watermelons growing on the side of the house, that my daughter and I planted.
It starts with these purty flowers.
Then it grows into a tiny little watermelon.

I better start liking watermelons.

These so-called watermelons eventually withered and died. Sigh. And the watermelon’s keep spreading to take up more and more backyard. Fruit already!
